Goose Creek State Park

Goose Creek State Park is a North Carolina state park located on the Pamlico River. The park covers over 1,500 acres. It offers a variety of outdoor recreational opportunities. The natural splendor of Goose Creek State Park is one of its key draws.

Additional to its outdoor amenities, the park also has several facilities for visitors. This includes restrooms and a concession stand. The park is also pet-friendly, with areas designated for dogs to run and play.

Festival Park features a variety of events and festivals all year long. Some of these events are:

  • Washington Summer Festival
  • The Smoke on the Water barbecue competition
  • The East Carolina Boat Show

The park also has a pavilion for gatherings and events.
