It is the first real Irish bar and restaurant in Greenville. They provide food and drinks in a friendly setting. On St. Patrick's Day, Pitt County residents frequented the restaurant. This was for a plate of corned beef and cabbage and, of course, their preferred beverage. Customers were known to occasionally sing along with the local musicians who performed.

The city of Greenville in the Tar River region offers a pleasant, wooded route. It's slightly more than 3 miles long. The paved trail, which offers a nice option for families, follows the southern bank of the Tar River. The Town Commons, which provides access for boats to the waterway, is traversed by its western end. This is an excellent thing for couples to do on a nice warm day. After getting accepted to ECU, I started looking for things to do in and around Greenville, NC. However, my searches kept taking me to places in South Carolina! There must be things to do around ECU, so I started asking other students. They kept telling me to graduate and move away! This inspired me to begin exploring eastern North Carolina and build this website as a showcase of the places to go, sights to see, and things to do all over eastern NC. I have fallen in love with this region and started taking up roots here. After graduating, I didn't move away - I bought a house here and continue to explore eastern North Carolina.
