Kelly's St. Patrick's Day Parade is a classic annual event in Outer Banks NC. The parade takes place on a Sunday closest to St. Patrick's Day. It features marching bands, floats, and local businesses showcasing their Irish spirit. Running for 1 mile, the route starts at Bladen Street.
