Kids will love this as they pass stall after stall seeing carved watermelons. Which is displayed throughout the flea market. Maybe you will even be lucky enough to spot a rare black diamond watermelon. They have been known to be seedless. So your kids do not need to worry about a watermelon growing in their tummy anymore!
Free Concert
The main event at the festival is the free concert. The free concert typically features local bands and artists. Although usually local artists and bands are featured. They have also showcased some big names. Cooper Greer, Kylie Morgan, and headliner Jameson Rodgers were some of the favorites. Every year it features different bands and artists. You must purchase a concert ticket in order to enter the beer tents. There is no extra cost to enter the designated drinking area, which is the entire concert area! This implies that you can buy as many drinks as you want and relax while enjoying the concert.
Local Oak Brewing Co and Nauti Dog Brewing Co offered up some great specialties for the show in the past. As well as local breweries. While other invited beverage business tents normally have some oldies.

Previously, the Imagine Circus performed at the Watermelon Festival in Winterville, NC. The Imagine Circus is all about celebrating the art of the circus and its many forms. From acrobatics to clowning, we love it all! This annual event is a great opportunity to see some of the best talents from around the country. They transform every event into an unforgettable experience.
This is not just for kids, adults will love watching them perform as well. For this event, you will just have to kneel next to your bedside and pray that they are on the schedule of events. For when you are attending. Alternatively, you can sign up as a volunteer for the Watermelon Festival long in advance. Hopefully, then you can convince the committee to get them back for that year. But either way, you will have a blast!

After getting accepted to ECU, I started looking for things to do in and around Greenville, NC. However, my searches kept taking me to places in South Carolina! There must be things to do around ECU, so I started asking other students. They kept telling me to graduate and move away! This inspired me to begin exploring eastern North Carolina and build this website as a showcase of the places to go, sights to see, and things to do all over eastern NC. I have fallen in love with this region and started taking up roots here. After graduating, I didn't move away - I bought a house here and continue to explore eastern North Carolina.
