Shuckin Shack Oyster Bar is a seafood franchise that delivers fresh oysters to their locations around the country. Matt Piccinin and Sean Cook
Founded by two friends on the coast of Carolina Beach, North Carolina. They created an oyster bar after seeing there wasn’t one to be found. Seeing the problem in their hometown. They became the solution and created the oyster bar, which became a hit with the locals.
In 2010, realizing the potential they had created, they opened a second location. In 2015, it opened a new spot in Summerville, South Carolina, becoming a franchise. With the bar franchising in 2015. The establishment has opened several locations across the east coast. With one opening in Chicago, Illinois, and Wesley Chapel, Florida next year.

• Sangria - A classic cocktail mixed with red wine and fruit with a shot of Eddy’s Peach.
• Shucktini - A cocktail with a creative name requires a creative mix. With Tito’s vodka served with spicy olives and steamed oyster. It’s probably the best way to enjoy a cocktail while you’re there.
• Oyster Shooters - A specialty drink that is mixed with raw oysters.
• SOB Bomb - Served with Absolut Peppar and whisky Willy’s bloody Mary. Topped with fresh raw oyster and a dab of horseradish.
• Mexican Bullfighter - Can’t have a bar and not Jose Cuervo on the roster. The Mexican Bullfighter is also mixed with hot sauce and lime juice. It’s also served with lime.
• Smack my A** - For this drink, you have raw oysters with a mix of beer and cocktail sauce. To go along with the Smack My A** hot sauce and a jalapeno slice to spice it up a bit.
